GregoryCOOKSONGreg passed away on the 9th of September aged 88 years.

Father to Nigel, Trina & Mandy, brother to Peter, Richard, Rodney & Frankie.

Cookie / Dad will be deeply missed.

Funeral to take place at Canley Crematorium in the Charter Chapel at 13:00 on Monday 13th October, followed by a committal at Lenton's Lane Cemetery at 14:30.

A celebration of Greg's life will take place at The Phantom Coach in Canley.

Family flowers will be gratefully accepted, the family kindly request, in memory of Greg and in preference to floral tributes, those who wish can donate to alzheimers.org.uk
